• CVonline: The Evolving, Distributed, Non-Proprietary, On-Line Compendium of Computer Vision.  Edited by Robert B. Fisher,  School of Informatics University of Edinburgh.  Contains many links to computer vision and image processing resources.
• The Center for Vision Research (CVR) homepage at York University carries out research into sensory and motor processes, perception, and computer vision including image processing.  See also CVR 2005 Computational Vision in Neural and Machine Systems.  June 15-18 2005.  York University.   Toronto, Canada.
  
• Collection of Web sites on Image Processing
• The web page of Konstantinos Derpanis, a computer vision researcher at York University and the Centre for Vision researcher.  Has various notes related to computer vision and image processing in addition to an assortment of Matlab code freely available.
• Image processing fundamentals. A good tutorial on image processing available from the  Quantitative Imaging Group at the  Delft University of Technology, in the Netherlands.
• Vision Systems, by David Marshall contains a sub-section dedicated to image processing.
